Tired of that impersonal in and out haircut? Look no further than Mrs.Brooke at the Sport Clips of Hope Mills. She made sure everything was just right with my cut- down to the strand. Then I was treated to a wash with hands that would rival Thailand's top masseuse. While Brooke was the one to cut my hair, the other stylist Kristi also assisted in making the experience what it was, with her friendly demeanor and sense of humor. I couldn't have felt more at ease, they truly make you feel wanted in their store. I will be returning for all of my future hair care needs, and I would hate to hear that these hard working women didnt receive a generous raise as well as a Christmas bonus that would make Clark Griswold blush.

So, this review isn’t so much about their service as much as it is for patron relations. I’m trans and I took my two teenage sons in to get their haircuts yesterday. I want to shout out the manager for making me feel like a person yesterday. Being trans in today’s world is as difficult as ever and I was just trying to get through being out in public. She engaged me in conversation and kept me from worrying about not being wanted. She gave me fantastic advice about trying to grow out my natural hair and I plan to follow up on it. Anyway, the boys had great haircuts as I always expect but, really, the whole crew that was there Saturday morning on Aug 23, 2025, just was phenomenal. Thank you so much and I hope everyone considers getting haircuts from this wonderful staff. I don’t know her name, but the short gray haired female is now one of my favorite people! I tipped her two staff members almost 50% of the total bill. Thank you, ladies!
